I understand fully that sometimes unavoidable situations arise which prevent people from attending appointments. In this instance I’m happy to reschedule appointments with no cancellation fees and minimal notice. For all other cancellations the following fees apply:
Cancellation Fees:
Initial Consultation
- Within 1 week of your appointment date a full refund will be issued
- Within 3 days of your appointment date 50% of charges will be refunded
- Within 2 days of your appointment date 25% of charges will be refunded
- Less than 2 days of your appointment date 0% refund, full charge applies
Existing Customers
- Within 1 week of your appointment date – no charge for rescheduling/cancelling your appointment
- Within 3 days of your appointment – no charge for rescheduling/cancelling your appointment
- Less than 2 days of your appointment full session cost applies
- No shows on the day full session cost applies
